1. About Humbrella
Humbrella ("we," "us," "our") is a personal growth and support platform operated by Invirtua Inc., a company registered in Nevada, USA. Our service includes:
- Video content and lessons from Cindy Farmer and other contributors
- Audio content, podcasts, and webinars
- Community discussion spaces
- Structured courses and learning paths
- Live events and Q&A sessions
Our mission is to provide shelter from life's storms—a safe space for personal growth, reflection, and community support.
2. Who Can Use Humbrella
To use Humbrella, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to form a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. If we discover an underage user, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.
3. Your Account
Creating Your Account
To access most features, you will need to create an account with:
- A valid email address
- A secure password
- A display name of your choosing
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Do not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Keep your email address current so we can reach you
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If someone else uses your account without permission, let us know right away.
4. Your Identity and Privacy
Display Names
You choose a display name that represents you in the community. This can be your first name, a nickname, or a pseudonym. Your display name:
- Is how other members see you
- Does not need to match your legal name
- Can be changed in your account settings
- Must not impersonate another person or violate our guidelines
Anonymous Posting
In community spaces, you may post anonymously. When you do:
- Other members see "Anonymous" instead of your display name
- Our admin team can still identify you for safety/moderation purposes
- Anonymous posting is a privilege that may be revoked if abused
Privacy Protection
We protect your real identity. Other members can never see your:
- Email address
- Real name
- Phone number
- Subscription level
- Viewing history or course progress

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple access levels:

Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Humbrella. If you are not happy with your subscription, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly as selected
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
- We will notify you before any price changes affect your subscription
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until your paid period ends

6. Our Content
What We Provide
Humbrella offers personal growth content including videos, audio, written materials, courses, and community discussions. This content is created by Cindy Farmer, Gary Jesch, and invited contributors.
Important: Humbrella content is for personal growth and educational purposes only. It is not:
- Professional therapy or counseling
- Medical or mental health treatment
- Legal, financial, or professional advice
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or crisis service in your area.
Intellectual Property
All Humbrella content—videos, audio, text, graphics, and course materials—is owned by Invirtua Inc. or our licensors. You may:
- Access content according to your subscription tier
- Download materials we explicitly make available for download
- Share your personal insights and experiences
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or republish our content
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright or attribution notices
- Share your account or login credentials
- Record, screenshot, or capture content for redistribution
7. Community Guidelines
Our community is a safe space for growth and support. To keep it that way:
Do:
- Be kind and supportive to fellow members
- Share your experiences and insights authentically
- Respect others' privacy and vulnerability
- Report concerning content to our team
- Use the anonymous posting feature when you need extra privacy
Do Not:
- Harass, bully, or attack other members
- Share others' personal information
- Post spam, promotions, or solicitations
- Share explicit, violent, or illegal content
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Attempt to identify anonymous posters
- Use the community to recruit for other services or causes
Moderation
Our team monitors community spaces. We may:
- Remove content that violates guidelines
- Issue warnings for first-time violations
- Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts for repeated violations
- Revoke anonymous posting privileges if abused
If you see something concerning, please report it. We take every report seriously.
8. Your Content
When you post in our community or submit feedback:
You Keep Ownership
Your words remain yours. By posting, you grant us a license to display your content within Humbrella—but we do not own it and will not use it outside our platform without permission.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for what you post. Do not share:
- Content that infringes others' rights
- False information presented as fact
- Others' private information
- Anything illegal or harmful
Content Removal
You can delete your own posts at any time. If you delete your account, your posts will either be deleted or attributed to "Deleted User" (see our Privacy Policy).
9. Third-Party Services
Humbrella may use third-party software for certain features, which may require a separate log-in for structured courses, online video conferences, and live events. When using these services, you are also subject to their terms and conditions.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, you are also subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
External Links
Humbrella may contain links to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use Humbrella for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Scrape, copy, or extract our content or user data
- Use automated systems (bots) to access the service
- Reverse engineer our software or systems
- Create accounts using false information
- Use the platform to harm, exploit, or deceive others
11. Account Termination
By You
You can close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you request deletion:
- We confirm via email
- You have 7 days to change your mind
- After 7 days, we delete your personal data
- This process completes within 30 days
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or Community Guidelines
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Pose a risk to other members or our platform
Except in cases of serious violations, we will warn you before termination and give you an opportunity to address the issue.
Effect of Termination
- Your access to content and community ends
- Active subscriptions are cancelled (no refund for current period)
- Your personal data is deleted per our Privacy Policy
- These Terms continue to apply to past activity
12. Important Disclaimers
Humbrella is provided "as is." While we work hard to provide valuable content and a supportive community, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific outcomes or results from using our content
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That all content will be accurate or complete
Personal growth is a journey, and results vary. Our content provides perspectives and tools—how you apply them is up to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Invirtua Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
- We are not responsible for actions of other members
- We are not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, Thinkific, Zoom, GoTo Webinar, etc.)
Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, please contact us at [email protected]. We will try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
Jurisdiction
If informal resolution fails, any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Nevada, USA. You consent to this jurisdiction.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we make significant changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date
- We will notify you by email at least 30 days before changes take effect
- Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms
- If you disagree, you may close your account before the changes take effect
